I’m here and now…in the present moment is where I strive to live. I believe paying attention to our inner-world effects the world around us.
My practice is focused on yin and restorative yoga. The intention is to create a feeling of mindfulness and relaxation for the student.
CLASS OFFERINGS

Meditative Yoga
Yin and Restorative Yoga. This is where you come to feel recharged and reset.n In Yin and Restorative Yoga, we hold our poses for a longer period of time and relax deeper into the stretch. Both practices help lower stress levels, regulate energy throughout the body, and provide deep relaxation.

All Level Flow
This class is designed for all students types, and helps improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and overall strength.

Corporate Yoga
Over the past year, I have worked with startups and corporations to help their employees improve their wellness, focus, and performance. A yoga class can improve one’s creativity and build a more positive outlook in the office.
Essential Oils
Essential oils promote both physical and mental health. For thousands of years, essential oils have been used for dietary and cosmetic purposes. As part of my yoga practice, I provide essential oils to enhance the experience and deepen the practice. In my own life, these oils have helped promote both physical and mental well-being, and I’m extremely passionate about the profound benefits they provide.
